Job Description:

- Responsible for the daily life management of students in the class, including students' attendance, discipline, ideological education and character evaluation;

- Paying attention to students' physical and mental health, actively communicating with students, understanding their needs, and coordinating various resources to provide support for them;

- Organize class activities to enrich after-school life and enhance class cohesion;

- To coordinate the relationship between the class and the school, and handle emergencies between classes;

- To guide students' learning and participate in the evaluation of students' academic performance and comprehensive quality;

- To pay attention to class discipline, maintain class discipline and order, and deal with class problems in a timely manner;

- Actively maintain communication with other classroom teachers to share educational experience and improve classroom management.

Main Responsibilities:

- Pay attention to class performance, participate in the evaluation of academic performance and comprehensive quality, and provide data support for class improvement;

- Write class logs on a regular basis to summarize the class situation and provide reference for class improvement;
