The Center for Student Development, an organization that promotes the growth of students in all aspects of their lives, has established two core departments, the Mental Health Center and the Career Center. The Mental Health Center, as an important carrier of psychological counseling services, shoulders the important task of helping students to solve psychological problems in study, life and emotion. The Career Center focuses on the future career development of students and is committed to providing a full range of career planning and employment guidance services. It gathers a group of professional career planners who combine students' personal interests, professional skills and market demands to customize career development plans for students and provide practical advice on interview skills and workplace etiquette. In addition, the Career Center also actively establishes cooperative relationships with major enterprises to build bridges for students' internships and employment, helping them to smoothly realize the leap from campus to workplace.

Teacher Development Center
The Center for Teacher Development has carefully planned and laid out a grand blueprint for improving the overall quality of teachers, and has set up three core departments for this purpose, which are mutually supportive and synergistic. The first is the Academic Research Center, which is dedicated to deepening teachers' academic attainments and promoting the continuous progress of academic research.
